EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
We sincerely believe that you will like your purchase, but if you are not satisfied with your items, please follow the procedures below and it will be our pleasure to process your request to make you happy.
You must return your item within 15 days of your purchase for an exchange or a refund.
All returned items must be in their original, unused, and unwashed condition.It is very important that the labels are still properly affixed to the returned item.If the product does not meet these requirements, AWSM KIDS CO reserves the right to refuse any item damaged as a result of unusual use..
Full refund of your invoice(with the exception of delivery costs will be credited to your credit cardon your Paypal accountwithin 7 to 14 days of receiving your return.The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for the return or exchange of the goods.e
It is possible to exchange your product or obtain a credit note for a future purchase. If applicable, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
Please note that we do not cover shipping costs for returns unless the product is faulty or it is our error. Shipping costs will be deducted from the total price of your refund.

- Print the return label, affix it to the package and go to the Canada Post office closest to you to drop off your package.
If you do not have a printer, then you can create a return label directly at the Canada Post office nearest you using the following return identification numbert PR588864.
No exchange or refund for items on sale or if a promotional code was used during its purchase.
